Corner Lock System
Corner Lock System Floor panels shall be provided with four corrosive resistant fasteners. Panels shall be removable by releasing the four fasteners and shall remain positively locked onto the pedestal head without the fasteners in place.


Rigid Grid System
Rigid Grid System Rigid Grid System shall be all steel construction, design and fabricated to interlock with pedestal head and to form a modular grid pattern with members under edges of all field floor panels.


The center part of stringer shall support at least 130kgf without any deformation.

Pedestal Assembly Pedestal assemblies shall consist of a head and base assembly capable of sustaining an axial load of 18kN. Pedestal bases are fabricated of a square base with not less than 100 x 100mm bearing area and assembled to a steel stud or tube with manufacturer recommended adhesive and it should be capable of resisting at least 10kg horizontal pulling force. Pedestal assembly shall be Electro-galvanized to prevent corrosion. Assembly shall provide 50mm-total adjustment. Finish floor height from 50mm to 1500mm.



Accessories
