General
Information / Specifications of Panel
Panels are welded steel shell construction with
64 uniformly drawn cups and filled with
lightweight cementitious material to improve
sound characteristics and panel strength. Top and
bottom steel sheets are joined together by
bending and riveting to form a three-layer of
steel sheet alone four edges which will provide a
more strong edges loading than edges wolfing
system.
Panels are protected against corrosion with
phosphate and epoxy paint conductive coating on
exterior.
Each panel is interchangeable within same system.
The squareness of panel, expressed in term of the
difference of diagonal measurements from corner
to corner, should be within 0.15MM. Dimensional
tolerance of edge to edge is 0.40mm. The error of
panel flatness shall be within 0.35mm in order to
keep integrity of the products after
installation.
Each structural panel shall support its
respective concentrated load (see table) at the
central part or anywhere on the panel with a
maximum beam deflection of 2mm. The permanent
beam set should not exceed 0.25mm after the
application of the concentrated loading.
Each structural panel shall be capable of
sustaining its respective rolling load (see
table) with :
A) a 76 mm dia. X 305mm wide hard plastic wheel
for 10 passes over the same path.
B) a 152 mm dia. X 318 mm wide hard plastic wheel
for 10,000 passes over the same path.
The permanent beam set shall not exceed 1.00 mm
and a combination of localized and overall top
surface deformation measured across the panel
shall not exceed 1.00 mm.
Each structural panel and supporting
understructures shall withstand without failure
its respective impact load (see table) dropped
from 100 cm height on to a one square inch area
anywhere on the panel. Failure is defined as the
point at which the panel will no longer accept
the load.
Excellent uniformly distributed load performance.
Safety Factor : Three times of designed static
loads.
Fire Rating : All panels are manufactured from
totally incombustible materials and provide class
0 rating.
